Information we collect
When you send an enquiry or save a preferred design or colour for follow-up, we may collect your name, phone number or email, project details, preferred colour and consent timestamp. We only request information relevant to answering the enquiry or delivering a requested service.
Photos used in the Doragloss Design Studio
When you request an AI concept, the photograph and your design instructions are securely sent to Doragloss’s contracted AI-processing service solely to create the requested visualisation. Doragloss returns the result directly to your browser and does not permanently save the uploaded or generated photograph in website storage. Remove faces, documents, number plates or other private details before uploading. Photographs are never reused for marketing without separate permission.
How we use your information
We use submitted details to respond to enquiries, prepare inspections and quotations, continue saved design conversations, provide requested services and improve how we support customers. We do not sell personal information.
WhatsApp, phone, email and Facebook
If you leave this website for WhatsApp, your phone network, email provider or Facebook, that provider handles information under its own privacy terms. Please avoid sending payment or identity documents through an unsecured public channel unless Doragloss has specifically requested them for a legitimate project purpose.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry and project-contact information may be retained for up to three years for follow-up, project records, legitimate business administration or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. AI photographs are not added to permanent Doragloss website storage. You may ask Doragloss to correct or delete non-essential personal information. Customer images are never used in marketing without separate permission.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the website. No internet system can guarantee absolute security, so the site deliberately avoids online payment collection and unnecessary sensitive-data storage.
Your choices
You may browse the website without submitting personal details. A phone number or email is required only when requesting a complimentary AI concept, saving an enquiry for follow-up or asking Doragloss to contact you. You may ask us to stop marketing communication at any time. Service communication relating to an active quotation or project may still be necessary.
